Strands of Strength (SOS)

Strands of Strength is a heartfelt initiative by Ambra Jay Hair, created to support and uplift women who have survived the challenges of violence and cancer. Our mission goes beyond offering premium hair extensions; we strive to provide a symbol of strength, beauty, and renewal to those who have bravely overcome adversity. With each purchase from this collection, a portion of the "Featured Wigs" proceeds will be donated to organizations that empower and support survivors on their journey to healing.

 

Ujima, Inc.: The National Center on Violence Against Women in the Black Community serves as a national, culturally-specific services issue resource center to provide support to and be a voice for the Black Community in response to domestic, sexual and community violence. Ujima was founded in response to a need for an active approach to ending domestic, sexual and community violence in the Black community.

Through your monetary contribution, Ujima, Inc. will work to mobilize the community to respond to and end domestic, sexual and community violence in the Black community through research, public awareness and community engagement, and resource development.

Our vision is to create a world where Black women and girls live free from violence.
